Política de reembolso
At Brides by Emilia Milan, we have a 5-day return policy. Once you have received your product, you have up to five calendar days to inspect for any damages from transit upon receipt, or to ensure you have received the correct product. Keep in mind that due to each piece being handmade, they may appear slightly different in shape, size or color from the photographs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer must pay for return shipping.
If you received an incorrect item or any damages incurred in transit and therefore unable to be used, contact us at info@bridesbyemiliamilan.com. In the subject line, use “RETURN” “DAMAGE” and the name of your purchased piece.
In the body of the email, be sure to include:
- Your Name
- Order #
- Photo of the product
Our team will evaluate your submission and we will contact you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your return request is accepted, we will provide the instructions on the return shipment. Items sent back without initiating a request by contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed using the original payment method submitted. Refund processing and posting may vary depending on the bank.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or exchanges.
