Where do you ship from?

-Our Headpieces and Bouquets are handmade in Mexico and curated and shipped from our studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.

-Our Shirts and Sweatshirts are printed and shipped from San Jose, California, and California City, California. 

-Our Color Changing Mugs are printed and shipped from Detroit, Michigan.

-Our Jewelry is assembled and shipped from Tampa, Florida.

-Our All Over Print pieces are made and shipped from overseas. 

 

How much is shipping?

We only ship within the U.S.A. at the moment and SHIPPING IS FREE for all orders.

How long are shipping times?

- For our Headpieces and Bouquets it will take 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

-For our Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Mugs it will take 1-5 business days to process and print your order and 3-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep. 

-For our Jewelry, it will take 2-5 business days to process and create your order and 3-10 days to arrive at your doorstep. 

-For our All Over Print pieces it will take 1-9 business days to process and print your order and 5-15 business days to arrive at your doorstep. 

What is your return policy?

-If your headpiece or bouquet is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@bridesbyemiliamilan.com within 5 days after receiving your piece with a photo of the item, and we will replace the product or offer a refund.
-On our shirts, mugs or jewelry we do not accept returns or exchanges due to these items are custom printed just for you.  

Can I cancel my order?

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please note that each of our products are handcrafted, which makes them unique. This may result in the shape, size, and color be slightly different than the photos in our store.

If you receive the wrong item or style, please contact us at info@bridesbyemiliamilan.com with a photo of the incorrect product. We can send you the correct item or offer a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Can I make changes to an order I’ve placed?
